THEIR STORY
Bebe Got BackĀ® was founded on a straightforward observation: the wellness supplement industry had largely ignored the specific reality of a woman’s body after 35. Metabolic shifts, hormonal changes, inconsistent energy, the afternoon crash that didn’t used to happen. Generic supplement brands weren’t built for any of that. Founder Zana built one that was.
The lead product is LuxoraĀ®, a stimulant-free metabolic balance formula priced at $39.99 and designed around six clean, readable ingredients: 7-Keto DHEA, MCT Oil, L-Arginine AAKG, and a trio of BHB salts. No caffeine. No crash. Non-hormonal. Third-party lab tested. Made in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility in the USA. The product is formulated for the consumer who reads the label, researches the ingredients, and won’t buy anything she can’t verify.
With a 4.8-star rating and a growing base of subscribers who repurchase consistently, the brand had real proof of consumer demand. The question was where to take it in retail and how to make the case to the right buyer.
THE CHALLENGE
Bebe Got BackĀ® came to TLK Fusion with a strong product and a clear consumer, but without a defined retail target. The goal was to get LuxoraĀ® onto retail shelves and scale the brand beyond DTC. Where exactly that happened was an open question. The supplement category is crowded at every retail tier, and placing a premium, niche-positioned product in the wrong channel is just as costly as not placing it at all.
The brand needed a retail strategy, not just a retail pitch. That meant evaluating the landscape, identifying where Luxora’s consumer was actually shopping, and building a path into the account that matched both the product’s positioning and the buyer’s category priorities. Getting that read wrong wastes time, relationship capital, and money. Getting it right can change the brand’s trajectory overnight.
THE SOLUTION
Through our retail strategy process and active relationship network, we identified Sprouts Farmers Market as the prime target for Luxora’s first major retail partner. Sprouts’ supplement buyer is one of the most discerning in the natural grocery space, and the profile they look for mapped directly onto what LuxoraĀ® had already built: clean ingredients, a transparent and verifiable label, a real formulation rationale, and a brand with a specific consumer and a clear reason to exist. The Sprouts shopper is wellness-literate and premium-oriented. She researches before she buys. She is exactly the woman Bebe Got BackĀ® was built for.
With the target identified, we activated our direct buyer relationships at Sprouts and built the category pitch around Luxora’s genuine white space in the supplement aisle. Most products on that shelf target broad demographics or make vague wellness promises. LuxoraĀ® goes directly at a life stage, a physiological reality, and a consumer who had been underserved by every other brand in the set. We positioned that specificity as a category opportunity for the buyer, not just a brand story, and led every stage of the presentation through to close.
On the operational side, we guided the Bebe Got BackĀ® team through Sprouts’ vendor compliance process, covering label claim documentation, third-party testing verification, and logistics requirements for a 473-store rollout. The brand was fully prepared to execute the moment the purchase order landed, and the launch went off without friction.
THE RESULTS
LuxoraĀ® launched in 473 Sprouts Farmers Market locations nationwide. A product built for women who feel ignored by the mainstream supplement industry is now stocked in one of the most respected natural grocery chains in the country, sitting in front of exactly the customer it was formulated for.
